Job description
Citadel's CAP internship develops undergraduates into investors on Citadel's equities platform through instruction, mentorship, and investment-team rotations. You will gain hands-on experience in long/short equities investing while working with portfolio managers, analysts, and educators.
You will develop financial modeling and company research skills, learn to assess business models, and explore what makes an investment opportunity attractive.
