Mizuho Americas seeks an Equity Capital Markets Associate to support the origination, structuring and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions for corporate clients in the US and Canada.
You will assist ECM professionals with deal origination, perform market analysis, draft client pitches and marketing materials, and collaborate across teams to deliver financing solutions using data and research.
