ICR is seeking an Equity Capital Markets Senior Vice President or Director to join its client‑facing leadership team in New York. The role focuses on origination, deal leadership, and strategic guidance across equity transactions.
You will build senior relationships with sponsors, institutional investors, and corporate clients while mentoring junior staff and overseeing execution from pitch to close. Travel to client sites is expected.
