Job description
CFA Institute in New York is seeking a Vice President to lead equity capital markets origination and execution across IPOs, follow-ons, ATM programs, EPPs and convertibles, from pitch to pricing and aftermarket support.
You will develop transaction structures, pricing strategies, and capital plans aligned with client objectives, assess market conditions, and craft investor marketing strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-border risk management.
