Nomura is seeking an experienced Equity Derivatives Product Controller to support the trading desk in New York. The role focuses on structured products and exotic derivatives, with emphasis on P&L, risk, and controls across lifecycle events.
The candidate will lead junior staff and partner with Treasury, Ops, and IT to drive accuracy and efficiency. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in equities-focused Product Control, plus 4–5 years in structured/exotic products, and strong knowledge of pricing
