Job description
Para Los Niños is looking for a transformational Assistant Principal to enhance student achievement and foster a positive school climate. The ideal candidate will partner with the Principal and lead the implementation of the school's vision and improvement plans.
You will be responsible for collaborating with students, families, and staff to provide integrated support services, while also overseeing programs to ensure compliance with educational standards. This role demands strong leadership skills and a commitment to the PLN Community Schools model.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000, depending on experience, with a full benefits package.
