Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Connecticut to lead a growing clinic from the ground up. The role includes equity partnership and comprehensive support from Ivy Rehab in marketing, HR, recruitment, legal compliance, IT, RCM, and more.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with additional bonuses including Director Bonus Plan, equity, and relocation assistance.
