Job description
Connecticut Children's is seeking an experienced Team Leader RN for behavioral health in the Emergency Department on-site at Hartford, CT. You will provide direct professional nursing care, lead clinical teams, and ensure safety and quality through the shift.
Ideal candidates hold an accredited RN degree, CT license, BLS, and PALS within required windows; BSN is preferred. You will collaborate with families, participate in unit policy development, and support performance improvement initiatives.
