Job description
Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge is seeking an experienced RN Care Manager for the Emergency Room to support patient flow, determine admission status, and guide transitions of care.
This night-shift role requires BSN preferred and 1-3 years of acute care experience; you will collaborate with ED clinicians, hospitalists, care managers and social services to ensure smooth discharge planning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
