Job description
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator at HCA Florida Riverview Emergency oversees nursing care on the shift, directs staff, and coordinates admission, throughput, and patient safety to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
In collaboration with the management team, the CNC mentors nurses, supports service excellence, and implements current nursing strategies to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience while ensuring policy compliance.
