Job description
Physicians Regional Medical Center- Pine Ridge campus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge for the Emergency Room, on days from 7am to 7pm. This leadership role supervises nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with hospital policies while maintaining a positive work environment.
The RN Charge collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient flow, manages bed assignments, and engages in ongoing education and quality improvement.
