Job description
College Medical Center in Long Beach seeks a Charge Nurse to lead patient-centered care, coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, and mentor team members. You will ensure safe staffing, uphold infection control, and reinforce handoff communication across shifts.
Requirements include CA RN license, BLS, ACLS on hire, and PALS within 6 months; 1 year of emergency nursing experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Long Beach, CA.
