Job description
Houston Methodist is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse for the ER in Nassau Bay, Texas. The Charge Nurse functions as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and plays a critical role in managing the delivery of safe patient care while mentoring staff and improving clinical practices.
This position requires leading unit activities, educating staff, and ensuring high quality of care through effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Applicants must have a minimum of 24 months of clinical nursing experience and an active Texas RN license.
