Job description
The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX seeks an Emergency Department Charge Nurse (RN) to lead and mentor nursing staff on day shifts. This role ensures safe patient flow, coordinates admissions, transfers and discharges, and collaborates with physicians and leaders to maintain high-quality care.
The RN will provide direct clinical care per shift, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies.
