Job description
Hope Advanced Veterinary Center in Vienna, VA seeks an ER Department Leader to supervise the ER team and manage patient care standards across shifts. The role combines medical technical duties with staff scheduling and leadership in a fast-paced, AAHA-accredited hospital.
You will coordinate workflow with specialists, contribute to training, and uphold a culture of care while supporting doctors, technicians, and assistants in delivering exceptional emergency services to the community.
