VEG is launching the New ER Doctor (NERD) Program in Warwick, RI, designed to transform practicing veterinarians into exceptional VEG ER doctors over a six‑month immersive curriculum. Participants will work alongside VEG clinicians, gain intensive hands-on ER exposure, and receive structured mentorship and CE opportunities.
Compensation is competitive for the program, with a clear pathway to full-time ER roles.
