Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Coordinator for ED Flow/Throughput in Nashville to ensure efficient patient movement through the Emergency Department with clinical support and coordinated resources. You will lead staffing alignment, guide care transitions, and partner with ED teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of ER RN experience, ACLS/BCLS/PALS certifications, and an RN license.
