Job description
Ochsner Health in Baton Rouge, LA seeks a nurse leader to oversee patient care using the nursing process within the framework of state regulations. You will coordinate the nursing team, ensure quality outcomes, and support strategic goals while promoting cultural sensitivity.
Required is RN licensure with BSN preferred, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, and strong communication, organizational and leadership skills. Schedule includes 3 X 12-hr shifts; 1 PM–1 AM, with opportunities to mentor staff.
