Job description
MedStar Health’s Washington Hospital Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead and coordinate nursing care for a designated unit. This role partners with the Director of Nursing to set goals, ensure quality care, and drive clinical excellence across the care team.
The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Maryland RN licensure, and 3-4 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting.
