Job description
Ochsner Health in Louisiana is seeking a nurse leader who will guide patient care using the Nursing Process, aligned with the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code and standards. The role involves delegating and directing licensed and ancillary staff, ensuring quality outcomes, and maintaining sensitivity to cultural diversity in all interactions.
The position requires RN licensure in the state, BLS, CPI, ACLS and PALS within 90 days, with a preference for clinical specialty certification.
