Job description
Kaweah Health in Visalia, CA, seeks a Nurse Manager to provide 24/7 oversight of an busy ER. You will lead a team across shifts, ensure patient care quality, and align with Joint Commission and Title 22 standards while supporting Kaweah Health's mission.
The role covers 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shifts, manages staffing, performance appraisals, and staff development. Requires CA RN license, BLS/ACLS within nine months, PALS/TNCC within one year, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
