Job description
McCulloh Consulting is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead a busy Emergency Department in Baltimore. You will be accountable for safe, age-appropriate care, team performance, and daily operations while building a culture grounded in patient safety, reliability, and teamwork.
You'll coach and develop RNs and support staff, monitor staffing and expenses, partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders, and drive quality outcomes using data and evidence-based practice.
