Job description
Clinical Management Consultants seeks an Assistant Director Nursing Emergency Room to lead a fast-paced Eastern Indiana ER. Reporting to senior nursing leadership, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, patient experience, safety initiatives, and team development in a busy emergency department.
You will mentor nurses and collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize patient flow, clinical outcomes, and service excellence
