Job description
Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full‑time Emergency Room Nursing Manager in Tulsa, OK. The role leads the Hillcrest Hospital Cushing ED team (9 beds, ~21 FTEs) and partners with the CNO to uphold nursing standards and patient safety.
Qualifications include Oklahoma RN license, BSN, ACLS/PALS within 90 days, 1 year ED experience, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Leadership and change management skills are preferred.
