Job description
Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse at its Connecticut facilities. You will provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
You will communicate patient status clearly, respond swiftly to changes, and deliver age-appropriate care across the life span, reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager. A strong commitment to excellence and Epic EMR experience are preferred.
