The Staff Pad is partnering with a premier hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our client's Emergency Room team.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patientcare addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs
Communicate effectively withpatients, families, and the healthcare team
Deliver high-quality care withprofessionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision ofthe ER physician
Assess, monitor, and respond tochanging patient conditions
Perform general nursing dutiesacross departments within the scope of the RN license
Accurately interpret EKGs, labresults, and other diagnostic information to support patient care
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
Graduate of an accreditedRegistered Nursing (RN) program
Current Tennessee RN license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALScertifications
One year of hospital experiencepreferred
Strong clinical assessment andcritical-thinking skills
Proficiency in interpreting EKGs,laboratory results, and related diagnostics
