Job description
This ER Registered Nurse position offers a 13-week assignment in Susanville, California. The role requires delivering high-quality emergency nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and documenting patient assessments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Execute emergency procedures and protocols efficiently and effectively
Assess patient needs, prioritize urgency, and respond swiftly to critical situations
Qualifications:
Valid California RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 1 year recent ER nursing experience
Ability to handle high-pressure situations in fast-paced environments
Ability to work days and nights as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand long periods and assist with patient mobility
Preferred Skills:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Experience working in hospital emergency departments
