Job description
The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency care setting. The RN must triage safely, rapidly and accurately, determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs, and support patient flow through the system.
The RN will communicate with Emergency Department physicians about changes in patient status, symptoms and diagnostic results, respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment, and assist in the emergency treatment area as needed.
