Job description
Northeastern Health System of Tahlequah, OK is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of the emergency department staff. You will document vital signs, assist with ADLs, and help prepare patients for procedures in a fast-paced ED setting.
Responsibilities include monitoring patients, reporting changes, maintaining accurate records, and participating in safety and infection control practices while supporting a cooperative team environment.
