Job description
Sauk Prairie Healthcare seeks a skilled RN for the ER/Urgent Care unit. The role focuses on rapid assessment, stabilizing patients, and delivering high-quality emergency care across neonatal to geriatric populations.
You will triage using ESI, monitor vitals, coordinate with providers, and educate patients and families during and after procedures. The position requires Wisconsin RN licensure and ACLS/ENPC/TNCC/PALS within specified timelines; BLS is required within 3 months.
