Job description
Sauk Prairie Healthcare, Inc. invites applications for an RN – ER/Urgent Care. This 0.6 FTE position offers PM/NOC rotation (2p-2a and 7p-7a shifts) with holiday and weekend rotation. Two on-call shifts every 6 weeks.
You will perform rapid assessment, triage using ESI, provide emergency care, document actions, and educate patients and families. Requires Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, PALS within specified timelines.
