Compensation and Benefits
Uncapped commission structure with weekly pay

Responsibilities
Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers
Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions
Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates
Manage sales pipeline and close deals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel locally to customer appointments
Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.
No prior sales or construction experience required. Optional training and support resources are available.
