Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI) is seeking hardworking Erosion Control Laborers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and building projects that protect the environment, we'd like to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Install erosion control products including silt fence, wattles, erosion blankets, and sediment control devices.
Assist with seeding, mulching, hydroseeding, and reclamation projects.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators.
Maintain a safe and clean work site.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Assist with snow removal during the winter season as needed.
Qualifications
Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule
Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. Weekend work may be required during peak seasons and snow events.
