Job description
Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Change Leader in Chicago to drive the people-side of a major ERP transformation. You will lead change governance, stakeholder sponsorship, readiness, and communications across functions and sites.
You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to design training, enablement, and adoption metrics, while coordinating with PMO and SI partners. Hybrid work with two days in Chicago.
