A private investment firm is seeking an Integration Director to oversee the financial and accounting integration of acquired companies in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in finance leadership, strong expertise in ERP systems, and the ability to develop finance policies. This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities include planning ERP integration and leading portfolio accounting teams. Travel to various company sites may be required.
