Job description
DualEntry in New York seeks an ERP account management lead to own end-to-end outcomes, drive ERP adoption, and upsell within high-tier accounts. You will translate accounting needs into configurations, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and maintain SOPs for scalable support.
Ideal candidates have strong Excel/SQL skills, 4+ years in ERP/accounting domains, and experience with NetSuite or Intacct. Equity and relocation support are available in a fast-paced, high-trust culture.
