We're looking for an organized, tech-savvy Escrow Assistant to support a fast-paced residential closing team.Escrow Assistant Benefits and Compensation:Base salary: $50,000 to $55,000Medical and health insurance401(k)Dental, vision, and life insurancePet insurance and other ancillary benefit options2 weeks paid time offStable, team-oriented onsite environment with room to growEscrow Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:2+ years of title/escrow experience preferred; high-volume residential real estate experience may be consideredFile setup and maintenance in title production softwareOrdering payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, surveys, and other file requirementsScheduling closings and coordinating parties and calendarsAccurate document preparation and data entry under deadline pressureMust be local to Houston and able to work onsiteEscrow Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:Experience with Qualia or more than one title production platform, and prior exposure to commercial filesNotary public commission (or willingness to obtain) and prior support experience for a producing Escrow Officer
