Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.Westminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our title and settlement office in Roseville, California.Assist escrow officers to facilitate closing process to include coordination and communication between all parties to transaction, obtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement, prepare the closing statement, lender, attorney, seller and or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state, and federal law. Will also disburse, balance and post close files after closing.This position is onsite 5 days per week.Assist Sr. Escrow Officers or Escrow Officers in Branch to facilitate closing process to include:Coordination and communication between all parties to transactionObtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlementPrepare the Closing Statement (HUD), lender, attorney, seller and/or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state and federal law Conduct closings as allowed by local, state and federal law and local customDisburse, balance and post close files after closingOther duties as may be assigned by management from time to timeAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to follow established guidelines, policies and proceduresDetail Oriented, good time management skills and works well in a team settingEssential:At least 1 to 3 years work related experienceEscrow certification may be necessary in some states; ability to obtain Notary Public CertificationThe salary for this position is $23.45 - $31.00 an hour.We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes comprehensive medical/dental, 401(k) with a company match, discounted stock purchase, discounts on mortgages, homes, and much more!Come see why Westminster Title has been attracting and retaining some of the best professionals in the industry!
