Title & Escrow Operations Manager
Our company, a Fortune 300 real estate services company is seeking an experienced Title & Escrow Operations Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-county operation. This role combines hands-on production with leadership, compliance, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities:
Oversee title and escrow operations from opening through post-closing
Ensure compliance with Florida regulations, underwriting guidelines, and quality standards
Lead, coach, and develop an operations team across multiple counties
Maintain an active production desk while managing overall office performance
Act as the main point of contact for high-volume real estate offices and agents
Track performance metrics and implement process improvements
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes
Experience leading teams in a high-volume title or real estate environment
Ability to balance production, team management, and operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Active Florida Title Insurance License required
