Job description
We’re hiring an Escrow Manager to lead operations for a growing escrow company in Irvine.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a team, managing high‑volume transactions, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings from open to close.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor escrow team (officers + assistants)
Oversee daily operations and file flow
Ensure compliance with DFPI regulations
Step in on complex deals and client escalations
Drive efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
What We’re Looking For
Active DFPI Escrow License (required)
10+ years escrow experience
Leadership experience managing teams
Strong knowledge of CA escrow processes
Ability to handle volume + keep things moving
