Experienced Closer For Reo PropertiesWe are seeking an experienced closer with REO (Real Estate Owned) experience to manage the closing process for bank-owned properties. The ideal candidate has a strong background in title and escrow, understands the complexities of REO transactions, and can efficiently coordinate with lenders, asset managers, and buyers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review closing documents for REO transactions, ensuring accuracy and complianceCoordinate with banks, asset managers, title companies, and real estate agents to facilitate timely closingsClear title issues, resolve liens, and ensure all required documentation is completeManage escrow accounts, process disbursements, and verify funding detailsCommunicate closing requirements to all parties involved and provide updates on transaction statusEnsure all closing conditions, including HUD-1/CD reviews, are met before finalizing transactionsMaintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations specific to REO propertiesRequirements:Minimum of two years of experience in closing, title processing, or escrow, with a focus on REO transactionsStrong knowledge of title insurance, foreclosure processes, and lender requirementsExperience with title and escrow software such as SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, or QualiaExcellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple transactionsStrong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
