Previous Escrow Closing experience at a Title company is required.
Our client is looking for a Closing Agent based on Baldwin County, Alabama.
Job Duties: Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction.
Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.
Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.
Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core values.
Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
ssist and support other team members with pre-closing and post-closing duties, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications: labama Title Insurance License.
High school or equivalent while college degree is preferred, but not required.
