Escrow Processor & Notary Closer - Circleville, OhioCircleville, OhioIf you're looking for a meaningful career, you might find it at Northwest!NOTE: Experience working in the Real Estate Title industry or Real Estate Law is preferred.What does an Escrow Processor/Notary Closer do at Northwest?Support our clients and our team by providing outstanding administrative support.Conduct notary closings (we are happy to train the right person/help you obtain your Ohio notary commission).Coordinate communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, members, etc., to prepare for closing.Help team with the processing of real estate transactions.Create or maintain business relationships with realtors and lenders for the continued success of our business.Preferred qualifications:A minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a real estate title companyProven organization and communication skillsExperience coordinating communication across multiple channels and peopleAbility to multi-task and work quickly but accuratelyQuality communication skills via email, phone, video, and in-person, including proper grammar and spellingBenefitsPTO begins accruing on your first day10 paid holidays annuallyMedical (including telehealth), dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchFSA and HSA optionsCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous bereavement policy — including pet bereavementAt Northwest Title Family of Companies, we put our employees first!
