Job description
Onsemi is seeking an Electrical Reliability Test Technician to execute electrical stress testing for semiconductor devices at the Allen, Texas Rel Lab. You will perform ESD and Latchup characterization, ensuring products meet JEDEC standards and internal quality benchmarks.
