Job description
Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Pension Administrator to manage client data collection, quarterly and annual administration, and compliance reporting for defined contribution and other pension plans.
The role involves preparing 5500 and ERISA forms, running ADP/ACP/410(b) tests, monitoring plan limits, and supporting audits. You will interact with clients, coordinate with investment and documents teams, and ensure timely, accurate reporting while staying current with regulations.
