Job description
Algiers Charter Schools Association is seeking an ESS Paraprofessional in New Orleans, Louisiana. The role involves providing instructional and behavioral support to students with exceptional needs under the guidance of ESS Teachers and school administration. You will help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and promote inclusion for student success.
Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and complete state-mandated paraprofessional certification. Experience with students with disabilities is preferred, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills.
