Job description
Abrams Fensterman LLP seeks an Estate Litigation Associate to support and expand our estate litigation practice. The role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and significant client interaction in Surrogate's Court matters and estate disputes.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in estate litigation or is a recent law school graduate with exceptional potential. Law license in New York and a J.D. are required; two years' experience preferred. Willingness to travel to Brooklyn is a plus.
