The Estate Manager will have broad responsibility for the overall operation of the residences, including household staffing and leadership, property maintenance, home systems, vendors and contractors, budgets, inventories, security, and ongoing projects. A significant part of the role will be establishing and refining household infrastructure, including creating comprehensive estate manuals, documenting systems and procedures, developing standards and protocols, and ensuring there are clear processes in place across each residence.
This person will also play an important role in evaluating household staffing needs, assisting with hiring and onboarding, establishing expectations, and providing ongoing leadership and management to household employees. The family is looking for someone who is very hands-on and naturally notices the details others may miss. This person should be an exceptional communicator and a strong manager who is highly organized, Type A, and always thinking several steps ahead.
