Job description
Our client, an UHNW couple, is looking to hire an estate manager for their Palm Beach residence. This role is a newly created position for their established homes (2). The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in south Florida and bring a network of contacts to the table for various regular household needs. Experience managing a staff is important as the couple anticipates several employees that will be in their oversight (housekeepers, drivers, chefs, pool vendors, maintenance crew, laundress teams). COMPANY: UHNW Couple
POSITION: Estate Manager
LOCATION: Palm Beach, FL
HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility based on the movement of the family (24/7 on call for the Alarm company etc., but WITHIN REASON!)
COMPENSATION: $175k – 275k (DOE) + bonus eligible + benefits
BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED?: Preferred
*Must have a valid US driver’s license and be comfortable with a background check
