MCV Law seeks an Estate Planning and Estate Administration Attorney to join our Syracuse and Chittenango offices. You will advise clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents, and oversee estate administrations and probate matters.
You will draft documents, perform legal research, and maintain clear communication with clients and fiduciaries, ensuring compliance with laws and court requirements while delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
